Wedding Favors

Wedding Favors

Wedding favors are small gifts given by the bride and groom to guests as a token of appreciation and gratitude.

Wedding favors are an important and necessary part of planning a wedding. There are many types of wedding favors -- depending on the style, elegance and theme for a wedding and based on the personality of the couple getting married. Brides often select wedding favors that goe along with the theme of her wedding.

Many of these small gifts are personalized with the bride and groom's names engraved on them -- so guests are reminded of the wedding day. Some examples include pens, wedding flowers, trinket boxes, candles, vases, and goblets.

Don't let yourself become stressed when considering what type of wedding favors to include at your wedding. Get creative and have some fun with it.

Other wedding favor ideas might include: fortune cookies with a customized message of your own inserted into the cookie; seashells collected and wrapped in tulle with a ribbon; personalized bookmarks; a message in a bottle, personalized keyrings, customized disposable wedding cameras, or flower seed packages.

The last thing you want to worry about is what type of wedding favors to have, when there are so many other things you have to think about. So, even sticking with the basics such as candles or decorative soaps would be fine. You can have fun with the wedding favors -- take a little time and be creative. Whatever you select will surely be appreciated by your guests.
